Anyone who recognizes material protected by copyright / copyright but mistakenly posted on the site because not clearly specified by the author or source or modified and disseminated through the network by third parties, may report it to the Webmaster in order to possibly provide for immediate cancellation (see below “OWNERS CONTAINED AND INFORMATION”).
The information (including software procedures) to which the visitor to this site has access has different origins and not all of them are directly controllable.

Once it has been ascertained that the material delivered to it by Flow Coworking does not expressly contravene the current legislation on morals and/or public order, on public or private peace, the Webmaster, in any case, will not be held directly responsible for the Intellectual Property, Labour Law, Copyright, various constraints and any other content, etc., delivered to him during the design and/or updating of the site flowdigital.it, which must be checked in advance by Flow Coworking.
In case of civil or legal disputes, the legal representative of Flow Coworking will be directly responsible.

As specified in the previous paragraph on “CLAUSE OF LIABILITY”, the Webmaster is not responsible for the contents (photographs, texts, drawings, videos, etc..) delivered to him during the design and / or updating of the site flowdigital.it by Flow Coworking.
